The Cascade Painting team worked on the project located at 5 Dame Lane in the Dame Court complex, Dublin 2, and were an integral part of the extensive renovation and transformation of the existing 22,500 sq-foot office space. This project involved the meticulous demolition and alteration of an existing listed building, showcasing the dedication to preserving its historical value.
Alongside the structural changes, new stair construction was undertaken to enhance the accessibility and flow within the office. The aim was to create a modern and functional workspace that would cater to the needs of the occupants. The high-end fit-out of the office space included the creation of ergonomic workstations, stylish meeting rooms, and well-appointed toilets and changing facilities.
In such a prestigious location, the painting works had to meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.
